We, at Argia Hair, want to make your experience with us an exemplary one. We stand behind the exemplary quality of our hair products. Our products meet and exceed the highest quality standards for our clients. As such, we cannot, in good faith, accept returns or exchanges of Argia Hair products with the security seal removed or Argia Hair products that have been installed, dyed, or aggressively altered in any way.
We define ‘destructively altered’ as Argia Hair that has been, but not limited to hair that has been brushed too aggressively; cut; removed from weft; colored; permed; blow-dried; flat-ironed; or curled. The application of weft sealer will also be considered destructively altered. Note that we reserve the right to examine hair to make a final determination.
In-Store Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your in-store purchase within 7 days of said in-store purchase, in original packaging, and the security seal has not been tampered or removed, we will gladly give you a store credit for a future or exchange your purchase for another product equal or less than the value of your purchase. Note that a store receipt will also be required.
All sales are considered FINAL, once Argia Hair has been installed.
Online Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, please notify Argia Hair within 5 days of order receipt, we will gladly give you a store credit for a future or exchange your purchase for another product equal or less than the value of your purchase. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN in the subject line and provide us with your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If the security seal has been tampered or removed, we cannot offer exchanges or store credit.
For online purchases, any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect address; refusal upon delivery; or unclaimed product will incur a 50% cancellation fee to be charged against the purchase price.
To avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly urge you to carefully inspect your hair purchase without cutting the hair ties from the hair. Inspect hair for correct length, color, texture and quality before installation. Note that you may gently comb through the hair with a loop brush.
We regret that once your weave purchase is installed or the weft sealed, we cannot offer exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
Clearance, Custom Orders and Special Orders are deemed Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
