Order Processing & Shipment

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 10am to 3:00pm EST. Orders received after 3:00pm EST or during weekend and/or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are shipped the next business day. Please be sure to provide us with a valid e-mail address so that we may process your order in a timely manner.

SHIPPING: We ship our products using UPS. We offer UPS Ground for standard shipping and free shipping, when applicable; and UPS 3-Day Select or expedited shipping.

An additional surcharge will apply for Saturday delivery. Shipping and handling includes: shipping, postage, insurance where applicable, packaging materials, and handling. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not ship internationally at this time.

We offer three UPS options and one USPS option:

  • EXPEDITED: UPS 2nd Day Air ($30.00)
  • STANDARD EXPEDITED: 3-Day Select ($22.00)
  • STANDARD: UPS Ground: $15.00 (estimated 4-7 business days for arrival)

Please allow the full estimated time for orders to arrive.

For your protection, a signature is REQUIRED for all packages.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: We ship via UPS to addresses in the continental United States and Puerto Rico. For other U.S. territories such as Guam and the United States Virgin Islands, we ship using First Class Mail.

HAWAII AND ALASKA: Allow approximately 7-14 business days from receipt of tracking information for arrival. We apologize but your order may take a bit longer.

GUAM, PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS: Allow approximately 10-15 business days from receipt of tracking information for arrival. Orders may take longer. Shipping is non-refundable.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We are not responsible for late shipment receipt due to carrier issues, holidays, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or lack of signature for delivery.

PO BOXES: We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. No exceptions. If your order is submitted with a PO Box, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit a credit card release form.

NEW CUSTOMERS: Register with us and receive 10% off your first order (excluding shipping costs, where applicable). A discount code will be sent to your email address which can be then used on your first order. 10% will be applied to sub-total only. On all credit card orders, billing and shipping address must always be the same.

TRACKING: An automatic email with tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
