Fraud Prevention

Unfortunately, we live in a world where fraud prevention is necessary to combat the imminent threat to the financial security of our clients and ourselves. We regret that we must implement certain protections for both you and ourselves.

Our store credit and exchange policy is a matter of public record with the Better Business Bureau and our credit card service provider. If you are unfamiliar with our policy, please familiarize yourself with our Store Credit & Exchange Policy.

Our Store Credit & Exchange Policy stipulates that we cannot provide product returns. Under certain circumstances, we will gladly give you store credit for a future purchase; or exchange your purchase for another product of equal or lesser value.

Payment Acceptance

For in-store purchases, we accept the following as payment: Cash;Credit Card: Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express; Debit Cards with Master Card or Visa logo.

For online purchases, we accept the following as payment: Credit Card: Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express; Debit Cards with Master Card or Visa logo and Amazon Pay.

In-Store Purchases

We also require a valid identification to complete your purchase. Valid identification includes a state-issued driver’s license, or a state-issued non-driver ID. We will accept a U.S. passport in which the photo and signature matches the signature on the debit/credit card.

Online Purchases

For online purchases, we can only process and ship orders when the full name, billing address, and shipping address are the same. Our system cannot process your order if the billing address and shipping address are different.

Once an order is processed, an email will be sent to your email address for verification. Be sure to update your email address in your Argia Hair account to eliminate any confusion.

The order cannot be processed until you verify your order.

Fraud Reporting

For valid instances of fraud, we may request, as part of our own investigation, a copy of police report and/or investigation on such instance.

For anyone who initiates a fraudulent credit card stop-payment and/or a dispute investigation with their bank or credit card company for any reason that results in a charge-back to Argia Hair will be subject to the following:

  • Prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
  • Reporting to all major credit bureaus.
  • Sent to collections for reimbursement of delinquent payment.
